Discovery Call

Our process starts with a discovery call to collect general information about the project such as your wants, requirements, budget, etc.
 

Site Visit

Schedule an in person meeting on site to review plans and collect site data that is necessary for us to draft a proposal and develop a budget for completing the project. 

Proposal

We will draft a project proposal with the information that we have discussed as well as the site data we collected during the site visit. *Please note that more complex projects will require architectural and engineering services prior to us being able to submit a formal proposal. We partner with excellent architects, designers, and engineers that are familiar with our projects and can help with the planning process.
 

Planning & Materials

Once the proposal has been accepted and signed. We will develope a design based on the agreeded upon scope of work if you have not already done so. We will then review the design, view material options and make any final selections. 
 

Construction

Once we have completed all of the appropriate designs and made selections. We begin the construction process.
