DISCOVERY CALL

Our process begins with a quick discovery call to understand your goals, needs, and budget. We’ll then schedule an on-site visit to review your plans and gather key site data. This allows us to prepare a proposal and develop a realistic budget. If a design hasn’t been completed, we’ll help create one, finalize selections together, and then move into construction.

SITE VISIT

Erich was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He’s now my first call for any future projects, and I’ve already referred him to friends and neighbors. We had a persistent leak on our porch roof that a previous company had just patched years ago. They charged full price for what was basically a temporary bandage. Erich and his team took a completely different approach: they thoroughly assessed the damage, provided a proper permanent fix for the porch roof, and advised us to hold off on replacing the entire main house roof for now. Very good job finishing our basement into 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchenette. The project involved a lot of subcontractors (plumbers, drywall, tile expert, electrical, etc), and most of them were really good. Eric and Isaiah were also very professional and respectful to make sure we were happy with the final result. This is a focused, determined, and creative young. One, for which in whole, I have no problems recommending. All that said, we were disappointed with the disengagement, or as referred to by one as ghosting once the project was complete. We had/have one item outstanding for which we could not get a callback. We moved from annoyed to genuinely concerned for the health and well-being of this bright soul. Still, I wish him nothing but tremendous success. And, again, have no problem recommending. Eric came out to do the original pricing and was able to quickly provide us an estimate that was directly inline with all other competitive offers; however, with the details that he provided - he put a lot more care and thought into each action provided. Every single part of our project was intentional, with a design and ideology that was a merge between what we wanted and what Eric was able to show was an AMAZING design above our expectations. Our Backyard itself, it was sloped, massively - We are talking a 10 foot difference from the bottom of the hill to the top. We now, have a wonderul retaining wall, with steps designed for the ability for us to utilize the yard properly. We then used this time to expand our patio and allow us to have usable space from top to bottom. I was so pleased with their work, I had them come back out to finish our front flower beds towards our front patio and I have recommended countless others to use them. Every single thing they worked on, was honest, and with a deep attention to detail. If they so much as scratched something minor, I was informed and it was addressed, even if it wasnt even visually impacting or noticed. They also, spent almost as much time cleaning the job site as they were working on it each day- so while this was a multiple month long project -- the construction zone still was very contained and didnt visually impact our home. During the quoting and planning process, Erich showed great attention to detail and was very transparent on the scope of work and cost to achieve the dream backyard we wanted. This really stood out compared to other contractors we consulted. Once hired, the project took a couple of months but Erich was consistently on site and monitoring the progress. We were in touch either in person or via text almost daily and we knew what was happening every step of the way. All of the workers and subcontractors were highly professional and it showed in the quality of work. We are extremely pleased with every step of the process and we would highly recommend hiring Erich to handle your outdoor project.

During a time when good and reliable work is hard to find, this company had it all. For every meeting, every delivery, start time, end time, nothing was delayed. Erich handled unexpected tree stumps, materials delays because I changed my mind and ordered a different fire bowl, and weather delays in stride. I don't think another landscaping company would have given the same attention to detail and care that Erich did throughout this process. Our backyard was completely dead and without any redeeming value. We needed something done to be able to enjoy it.
